1. Where does Nexus ship from?

All Nexus orders are processed and shipped from our main warehouse in New Zealand.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We currently deliver to more than 30 countries, including Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and across Europe and Asia.


3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Domestic (New Zealand): Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • International:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.99 NZD

    • Express Shipping: $14.99 NZD

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your selected location.


4. How long does delivery take?

We typically deliver within 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Domestic (New Zealand): Usually 3–7 business days.

  • International: Usually 7–12 business days.

Please note that customs clearance or local courier delays may affect delivery times.


5. How can I track my order?
